Return Policy
1. Scope
This Return Policy applies to digital planning kits and related materials purchased from Clearmovement through clearmovement.world or via direct invoice.
2. Digital Products
Most products are delivered electronically. Because files can be copied upon delivery, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be limited once download access has been granted.
3. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a review within 14 days of purchase if:
- Files were not accessible due to a technical issue we can verify
- The product description materially differed from what was delivered
- Duplicate charges occurred
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- Templates were downloaded successfully
- Dissatisfaction relates to event outcomes or participant engagement
- Custom materials were already prepared to your specifications
5. How to Request a Return
Email infocenter@clearmovement.world with your order reference, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within five business days.
6. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
7. Exchanges
If a kit does not match your headcount tier, contact us to discuss an exchange for another listed product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
